At the Fisher River Human Resource Program


  • Must be out of High School
  • Must be 18 years of age
  • Individuals on E.I. & Social Assistance are eligible

Priority List:

  • FRCN Band Members receiving Social Assistance or E.I
  • FRCN Band Members under-employed (Casual or Part-Time)
  • Non-Band Members residing on reserve receiving Social Assistance or E.I
  • Full-Time FRCN Band Members
  • Full-Time Non Band Members

*Please note that FRHRP is ONLY offering the flag person classroom training which is valid for 8 months. Participants must seek employment within the 8 months to complete the Practical Assessment portion with an employer on own terms to obtain a certificate that is valid for 3 years.
