Bird Recorder Project Will Support Education and Conservation in Fisher River Cree Nation

Two wildlife audio recorders were set up in Fisher River Cree Nation on Tuesday, March 26, 2024 as part of a project to study the birds which migrate through, breed, and live in the area. Please be advised that the Amphibex (Ice Breaker) will begin operation today to break up the river ice to alleviate the risk of Flooding this spring.
